Sublimation is a process in which we can place an image in full color on a wide variety of items like plaques, dash plaques, name badges, cups, mousepads, etc. The possibilities are almost endless on this type of process. You can supply the artwork or let our experienced graphics department design and produce an object that you will be proud to hand out or sell.

There is no charge per character on this type of process. The printing, set-up and material is all added in the final retail price. You have a choice of a satin gold, satin silver or white material, with full color printing of your choice.

There are a few ways in this industry to offer a full color process. We offer the more durable option of dye sublimation.
Dye sublimation is actually burned into the metal material and cannot be scratched off like screen printing can. The only thing is that sublimation can fade in prolonged direct sunlight. A few hours at a time won't affect it that much. Dye sublimation is more scratch resistant and can't peel or scratch off. The only way you could scratch it off is if you would scratch off all of the enamel.
